I had a conversation with a customer today about how they could take the end result of their pay review (in a spreadsheet) and use that data to create new compensation lines for workers. It’s really easy to do with the Excel Add-in, so I thought I’d make a quick video showing how it’s done in case it’s useful for anyone else.
